Many club hikes are conducted on land owned by the Arizona State Land Department.

  Common examples include these hikes:

 

º  Big Wash and Bluffs

º  Nature Tailings (Several versions)

º  Sausalito Creek (Several versions)

º  Tortolita Flats, Foothills, Mountains, Preserve, etc.

º  Fifty-Year Trail, North End

 

Many other State-Land hikes are also offered.

 

Guides, who offer hikes on State Land, are strongly advised to obtain a State Land Recreational Permit.  Hikers, who participate in such hikes, should be advised of a Trespassing Issue, and should consider obtaining a permit.
